My experience at Aaron's was awesome. I've purchased several items from the Barnwell location. The customer service there is great. They're very professional, respectful, and understands that "life happens". They're reasonable, affordable, and is willing to work with anyone when life gets tough. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Miss Angie and Miss Brittany went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for at an affordable rate. I was quite picky with my selection and they had to really work to get what I wanted, but they didn't give up and they came up with an option that I was able to afford and was very happy with on a limited budget.. and then they added a cherry on top they helped me out with my initial payment deadline so I could get my washer and dryer as quickly as possible. They never became irritated with me or rude in any way and offered me every possible option they could in the way of help. Hands down I would use Aaron's of Paragould for anything I need in the future!

This is the location in Spanish Fort Alabama where Willie is the Manager, he is very professional and takes care of his customers without hesitation, he has been on point ever since I began doing business with him for a long time, he sent employees right out to my home to get the television back up and running with no problem those employees are to be commended for their knowledge of their job. they were awesome, the employees were Eric and Jake, we really do appreciate them. they really need to be rewarded for this. thank you so much for listening and hearing me, have a Blessed Day.

They were very professional

I've rented two items from Aaron so far which I don't plan on returning I plan on paying it off I absolutely love their two delivery drivers because you know I don't live in a mansion and people can be judgmental and these two guys don't give off that judgmental attitude at all they're friendly they make you feel comfortable, I rented a combo washer and yes, they do take a little bit longer to dry and wash clothes, but I think they clean better and then you don't have the heat from a standard dryer destroying all your clothes so the extra time to dry it to me is worth it The second item I rented was the couch that has the dual recliner in it and yeah, I absolutely love it My credit sucks right now So yeah, I'm probably paying more for it than what it's actually worth but my peace of mind and comfort it's worth it to me And at least it's covered for two years. I've never had a problem with their customer service reps if I've had to reschedule a payment So so far, my experience with them has been nothing but pleasant and helpful and yeah, some of the items probably are more than what you would pay for retail But it's also rent to own so you're gonna pay more for that in case you return something in shitty condition I'm just more grateful for the fact that I can actually finance a washer and a couch whereas a standard Lowe's credit card or whatever I wouldn't be approved for You gotta take the good with the bad They say two things are certain in life, death, and taxes For me, I say three things are certain in life Interest, taxes, and death For me interest and paying more for things right now it's just something I have to deal with Their delivery drivers are here just around the timeframe. They say they're gonna be never had a problem with delivery.

We love Aaron's. Have used them for years. They used to have a "pause" in their contracts where you could miss a payment without penalty if you had a tight month. I think that payment was added on to the end of the lease. I don't know if they still do that. We've gotten furniture and other things from them. Quality good help selecting furniture. No problems. Great people. We use the store in Johnstown. On Scalp Ave. Great people. Payments are affordable and easy to do. They actually care which item you buy and spend time helping you pick out what you want . Not just anything they can sell you. Make sure to check the damaged and scratch and dent items. They can be a great buy.
