Was charged back on 2022 without notification or realization. Now charged again and aaptiv isn’t allowing me to cancel and get my money back. Bad practice and a scam. Do not use this site!

They have been auto-charging me for 3 years without sending an email.. that is so sketchy. I haven't been using their app for years. I just happened to see it on my statement this time. Totally ridiculous.

Avoid at all costs! I tried their site for a while and then did not renew in August 2021. They have taken money from my account today (14 AUGUST 2022) despite me telling them that I am not a member and I do not want to resubscribe. Getting involved with them could cost you USD100 a year … AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have photographic evidence but there is no way to upload it here

They auto renewed my subscription without sending any kind of reminder email. This is very shady practice and probably how they make their money since the app isn’t that good.i contacted the company They were very kind and knowledgeable and great with follow up! I cancelled my membership many months before my renewal date. They still charged my card $99 for renewal without my permission. I want to be refunded. That is bad business..☹️

Have been a member since 2017 and use the app daily. It's been an absolute saviour during covid lockdowns n isolation when gyms have been closed. Yes, the app does renew automatically. So if you don't like it email the support to cancel. Or login to their website to cancel.

Incredibly American in its "whoo YEAH!" attitude, which can get a bit grating. It is also impossible to cancel your subscription, because they will still take money from your account even after cancellation.
