I signed up over two years ago with my debit card. I've asked them to cancel four separate times and they continue to bill me monthly. I'm having to cancel my debit card just so I can get them to stop billing me. They refuse to acknowledge that are billing me, even though I have Aaptiv listed on my statement. Extremely shady business practices! Do not sign up through their site if you ever plan on canceling.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I am absolutely livid, fuming. I checked my bank account to see this app charged me $99 today. I opened this app once, the day I downloaded it. They are incredibly misleading about their charges & don’t outwardly state their cancellation policy. I would NEVER pay $99 for any app EVER!! I’m a recent college grad who needs this money for actual bills! Please answer me and please refund my money and cancel and delete my account. I will never use this again. EDIT: Regarding your reply, yep I’ve emailed you twice to that email with no reply

unable to cancel online.. you have to send an email. They are just another gym membership.. they are probably unable to keep you based on the quality of their product so they resort to these cancellation tactics

Aaptiv customer service is the best! Got back to me promptly and worked out the bug I discovered promptly as well. This app has changed my life, and I'm grateful for it and the fantastic customer service! You can tell they truly care about their customers and their needs.

I tried to cancel it, but it said I didn’t have a subscription, so I thought I was ok. Now I have been charged 100 dollars. UPDATE: they refunded my money after I sent an email so I am very pleased with the customer service. Therefore I give Aaptiv 5 stars. And the app looks good too, it’s just not something that works for me. :-)

This is THE BEST workout app I have ever tried. It is COMPLETELY worth paying for and it's still cheaper than paying for a gym membership. I am a mother of 3 kids who ALL have extra curricular activities as well as a busy life for me and my husband. This app has taken the guess work out of working out because I can do it on MY schedule and pick the workouts I have time for. The trainers are SO MOTIVATING and I am seeing ACTUAL results from the workouts I'm doing. I am SOAKING WET with sweat after EVERY workout. I LOVE IT!!

I sent an email to this company asking that they cancel my membership way before the billing date. I also asked that they verify it was cancelled. Neither of these things were done and now I am out $100.

Great workouts and motivated coaches, but s.t. it is difficult to hear the voice / instructions over the music, so that should definitely be improved. I occasionally find instructions not so easy to understand or follow correctly, esp in Yoga (and I've been doing Yoga for years, so not really a novice) and strength training (total novice, no idea what some of the workouts were and definitely no idea how to use weights correctly). Also I am not attending a gym, so am solely dependant on the instructions from the Aaptiv trainer. So my suggestion is you add a 'glossary' of pictures or explanations for your moves /workouts so that one can double check the right posture etc.
