I love this app. I use it quite a bit, as there are so many different types of workouts, I can find a workout no matter where, the equipment available, or the time I have available.

I love using this app. It’s easy to navigate and always has lots of different and fun workouts to do. If you want a way to workout without the gym and with awesome trainers to guide you, this is the app you need. I love it!

Hands down the best workout app I have ever used. I've been a member for years and I plan to be for many more years.

Love this app! So many great options for work outs and the trainers are so positive and motivating! I love how Aaptiv listens to us and makes changes to positively reflect that.

Aaptiv has new workouts all the time and I love that I can choose something for any kind of cardio machine, weight training, yoga, meditation, and marathon training. A full package app!!

Very disappointed and ticked off. Friday I emailed support asking to have JUST the auto renewal cancelled after recently subscribing for a year. Got an email back promptly and told me all was done and renewal will not happen. Saturday morning, I get up to work out and lo and behold it tells me I need to subscribe in order to use the app that I just paid a year subscription for. Emailed Aaptiv THREE TIMES asking for help with this. I have yet to hear anything at all. Nothing.

Not only was he wrong, but the way he handled this request goes against everything our team stands for. We are here to help members like you - and I can assure you it will be handled and not happen again. For your reference, we would never charge a customer if they cancelled during their free trial - but looking into your sign up, you did not get a free trial given the discounted price you received ($69.99). I realize this may have caused confusion but our agent should have seen this on our end and helped you cancel with no charge. I've gone ahead and refunded the amount in total ($69.99) and have left your membership open so you'll still have access to Aaptiv until Nov. 4, 2019. So you get a full year for free. I hope this makes up for the mix-up on our end and that you enjoy working out with Aaptiv. If you ever need anything in the future, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Interesting that there is a common thread of similar experiences to mine. I have raised my rating to a 3 with a buyer beware warning... Tim A total Scam!!! I signed up on a Monday for the free 7 day trial and tried the app and decided the audio was too confusing so tried to cancel the next day. I was told by Nathan that I waited too long to cancel. I waited ONE day on a free "7" day trial. Said he was not able to refund but would reduce charge to $49.99. Aaptive had already billed me $69.99 and he was going to reduce the rate to $49.99 in 12 months!!!! Do NOT sign up for this service unless you are sure you want it. There is NO canceling. And they will NOT send you the so called terms and conditions that state the waiting period for cancelation...I have contacted my local TV station to get the word out about this outfit.
