YouTube to buyer
I was using DuckDuckGo looking for panels all over the internet -then I started to compare and contrast, this company came up with excellent YouTube videos, the kind of stuff specific to DIY. (Spot on explanations, everything from why, to how, to comparisons, just loads of info) -then I started to compare their prices, I was pleasantly surprised they were super competitive -pickup was easy peasy Five big gold stars for me. -Again the hook was YouTube videos, great place to start, ended w/loyal customer. -very professional outfit

I've bought solar panels from this…
I've bought solar panels from this company four times now. Never had any isuues with them. Their stuff works well, and the purchase is always smooth. that's why I keep using them.

Purchase was easy
Purchase was easy. I first started a wire transfer but then realized my bank would charge me for it, so I canceled that transaction and started a new one with Zelle and informed A1. They quickly and effortlessly cancelled the first one and processed the second. Pickup was also super easy, the warehouse they partnered with had great staff and packaged everything well. I would definitely do business with them again

Solar panels was very well packed and…
Solar panels was very well packed and strapped to the pallet and was carefully loaded to my van with forklift. Everything took 15 minutes! Very satisfied! Thank you!

The follow thru after paying by Zelle was excellent
The follow thru after paying by Zelle was excellent. I received email and text notifications just as described fairly quickly. I scheduled my pick up with the Mesa, Arizona 3rd party warehouse. My order was palletized very well to fit in my F150. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I saved nearly 25% over all other quotes on my panels plus did not have to pay for shipping. The A1 commpany has a very efficient model that works to save the end user money.

The order process and pick up process…
The order process and pick up process went very well. A1 provided constant communication about my order and it was ready as communicated. My order was on a pallet on arrival, however, i removed the panels from the pallet to inspect. The bottom panel was glass side down on the wooden pallet. Fortunately no damage to the glass but could have been if transported that way. No cardboard or any protection for the glass. Overall very happy with ordering from A1.
