Good price but the process thereafter was lacking. The items listed as being in inventory were two weeks late. The warehouse didn't know anything about my order the first time I called. I had to coordinate between A1 and the warehouse. I had to call A1 to get the proper order details to give to the warehouse, instead of A1 doing their job and handling it. I didn't even get paid for being their customer service rep on the deal. ;) The order was not ready or put on a pallet after I called the second time before arriving. A1 sounds like the support desk is someone on a cell phone. I asked 4 times for a quote on mounting hardware and never received it. A1 is likely a virtual reseller and I believe just an online store. Try shopping the local commercial electrical supply shops.
