Delivery was kinda late and they just showed up without even calling first. But everything else is rly good no complaints

Website super easy to use and didn't crash on my ancient laptop lol. Only annoying thing? No way to filter by voltage! Was specifically looking for 24V panels for my RV and had to click through like a billion product pages to find the right ones. Okay maybe like 10 pages but still! Would be 5 stars if they add that filter. Definitely bookmarking for future purchases tho!

This thing works great. The app is pretty cool too, shows me exactly how much power I'm using. Only giving 4 stars because shipping was ridiculously slow - almost 2 weeks when they promised 3-5 days! Had to push back my cabin project because of it. Still, totally worth the money once it finally showed up.

I bought a Meyer Burger 390W solar panel, and overall, it was a good experience, but not perfect. Ordering was easy, no issues with the website, and the price was fair. I has a small question before buying, but customer service took two days to reply, which was a bit frustrating. Would have been nice to get a quicker answer. Shipping was on time, and the panel arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged with no damage. The only thing that bugged me was the delivery - no clear time slot, so I had to stay home all day waiting. Other than that, everything went fine. I'd buy from them again, just wish they'd improve communication a bit. Four stars!

My order was ready to go when I got there. The solar panels looked great and they fit perfectly in the back of my SUV, so the sated size was accurate. The power output of the 2 Meyer Burger 395 watt panels are topping 605 watts together. More than expected!

Store was nice, prices were nice, the slowness of call support was not so nice but still overall good experience!

A1solar store seems legit and trustworthy, it looks like the big company which has many branches national-wide. It is not like that in reality. My experience was not really pleasant and they did not keep their promise. I ordered more many twenty large power panels and they promised the delivery day but not happening, I asked Alexey(owner) the confirmation of delivery he promised in a few hours but promise was broken. I do not want to tell you how important is the trust while we are doing business. Updated review as of 3/3/2022; I updated this review from one star to four star based on my experience. Here is reason: Al Solarstore made improvement; more clear of their business model and methodology according to Anton's reply and my visit to their improved website. Beside of that, Alexey, he is a great man who was trying many ways to deliver products on-time. The time I selected A1 solarstore because it carried wide-range of products and provided very competitive price. My experience may not be similar as yours; People may fall one time but they do not fell all the time.
