All went well with purchase. Glad I was able to get all three panels in my EV9. although had worked with A1 Solar about making it with two individual pickups. The guys at warehouse said all or none/cancel order; but thankfully it fit. Just wish A1 would had better coordinate with their warehouse guys, as they said they never had done this.

EDIT: I deleted my original review to leave an update. The issue was ultimately never resolved but, I did receive a refund from the company. If I would've gotten the correct solar panels, undamaged, I would've bumped it to 4 stars. I'm changing my review because Melisa's customer service is unmatched. She really saved this company and is the sole reason I'm updating my review. The Events: 1. I received the wrong panels and they were damaged 2. They sent me new panels, which were also wrong, and some were damaged 3. They couldn't produce the correct panels so they refunded my money and picked up the old panels My only regret is not being able to get the correct panels, as I feel Melisa's effort should've been rewarded with a complete sell. Thanks Melisa, sorry we could not make it work. I definitely appreciate everything you did to make it right!

Here is an update to my purchase. I initially wrote a review that was critical of A1. It's still kind of valid. But I'd like to provide my experience from purchase to receipt. I ordered a pallet of panels on the 12th of December. But I didn't receive them until the 16th of January. They didn't ship until the 8th of January. They said they are waiting for pickup and the holidays were messing up shipping. Their communication is crap. They don't reply for days to emails/texts/whatsapp. If they don't pickup the phone (which is most of the time) it just says call back later. It makes you really doubt the legitimacy of the company. Especially when I paid using Zelle. That has it's own issues, you have to use the 800 number for the payment, not the company name. And it takes a day or two for the system to stop sending you payment reminders. This was my second time ordering from them. The first time I used a credit card and picked the panels up and it went smoothly. This time they didn't send tracking information until 6 days AFTER they were picked up. After 4 days and a bad Trust Pilot review, they finally communicated and said they didn't have it yet. What company has a shipment picked up and doesn't have tracking right away? When I did the tracking, the tracking said they were delivered the day after pickup (5 days before). Regarding the shipment, the delivery was to the right address and phone number but A1 Solar Store was the purchaser. Because it was a pallet shipment I had my work as delivery address. Once the shipping company found the pallet I worked with them to deliver it the next day. The pallet was pretty abused, panels shifted on it but miraculously all the panels were fine. I can say, A1 got off their butt when I told them the shipment was lost, with plenty of communication with me and the shipping company. So in summary, they are legit, but you'll not get great communication from them. If you have problems, it seems that the Sales@ email address is most visibility across the company. The whatsapp might work for issues. Just persist if you have problems and eventually you'll get your stuff. At least I did. Would I order from them again? Yes with reservations depending on the circumstance of what/how much I'm purchasing and where it's located.

Read reviews here and thankful that I decided to pay with a credit card and not wire or Zelle so I can easily cancel. I've been tracking a pallet of panels for weeks. Finally was able to place the order today. Found out a few hours later by the agent that the panels are out of stock. Not good user experience. They do have an agent that helps you through the process which is nice. Not nice to design a solar system with panels in mind and then find out those panels don't exist. Again the listing has been up for at least three weeks. It's not a case of they just were sold. Also I had to use a platform called Sumsub to verify my identity which involved photos of my driver's license and a picture of myself. That's odd. Further oddity is that the business address is mapped to some rich suburb in Florida. Not a warehouse or business district. I'm sure some people are able to get panels from this company, but there's just a few questionable things that would make me uneasy. Definitely use a credit card to pay even if cash gives you a 4% discount. For me, the peace of mind to be able to cancel freely is worth it.

I am a relatively newbe to the solar camp. Done a lot of experiments, etc. I do really appreciate your flow and system for getting good products out there -- to improve our lives. My experience today taking delivery on on of your offerings was stellar. Good friendly folks I could joke with. It is all part of life. Best to you, Mark T.

***CAVEAT EMPTOR*** This is a tale of a remedied problem. After a month, a Single Star is now Three Star. I ordered a set of REC Alpha Pure 400s and they arrived packed by a third party in a woefully inadequate condition strapped to a pallet with no padding and a pallet nail gouge in the bottom panel. They didn't even place them face to face like the valuable fine art they are. When I informed Alexey of this with explicit photos establishing their third party packer's careless disregard for that non-countersunk nail, he attempted to shift the blame to transport. I'm certain Fed-Ex was not responsible for that nail. A1 Solar eventually took responsibility, and delivered to me a new panel ***properly packed** -- they appear to have instituted a proper packing policy that will save everyone time and money. fiat lux!
