This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we take this feedback seriously. Regarding the credit card fee, this charge is applied by the payment processor to cover credit card processing costs. We always try to offer alternative payment methods, but we understand that Zelle was not a viable option for you in this case, and we appreciate your feedback on how this impacted your experience. We want to clarify an important point: once we were notified that the originally ordered panels were no longer available, you were always given the option of a full refund if the alternative panels did not meet your technical or project requirements. Offering an alternative at no additional cost is intended to help customers keep their projects moving, not to pressure them into a change. If the alternative configuration (including total wattage, panel count, or electrical characteristics) was not suitable—as in your case—a refund was and remains the correct path forward. Because customers retain full control to either: - accept an alternative or - decline it and receive a full refund, this is not a bait-and-switch practice. There is no obligation to proceed with a substitute product, and no funds are retained against a customer’s wishes. Regarding the website listings and emails: inventory availability can change rapidly, and listings may remain active while backend confirmations are still being reconciled. That said, your feedback highlights a communication gap, and we take that seriously. We absolutely understand why this experience affected your trust, and we regret that it did.
