Tommy, thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad we could help when it mattered most. Power outages can be incredibly disruptive, and having a reliable whole-home backup solution makes a huge difference during those peak summer months. We're happy that we had the generator available when you needed it, especially when local stores were out of stock. We truly appreciate your trust in A1 SolarStore and are always here if you need anything in the future!

Ricardo, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry for the frustration this situation caused and we truly understand how disruptive this was, especially given the time you lost from work. Based on our records, we initially received confirmation indicating that your order would be ready for pickup on January 9th. After reviewing your feedback, we are actively investigating what went wrong in the communication between our system and the fulfillment center, as it’s clear there was a disconnect—particularly since the distributor indicated the order had been ready as early as December 23rd. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we take this feedback seriously. Regarding the credit card fee, this charge is applied by the payment processor to cover credit card processing costs. We always try to offer alternative payment methods, but we understand that Zelle was not a viable option for you in this case, and we appreciate your feedback on how this impacted your experience. We sincerely apologize for the delays, the confusion, and the inconvenience caused. Your comments help us identify areas where we need to improve, especially around pickup coordination and communication. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and honest update about your experience. We truly appreciate you acknowledging that we remained in communication with you throughout the process, even though the situation was far from ideal. That said, we fully agree with you on one key point: the shipping timeline was exceptionally long, and we sincerely apologize for how everything unfolded. The delays caused by the carrier, combined with the holiday period, significantly impacted transit times—and while we did our best to relay updates as we received them, we understand that the overall experience was frustrating and stressful. We do not have an excuse for the length of the delay. We’re also sorry that our communication did not meet your expectations at all times. This is valuable feedback, and it’s something we are actively working to improve, especially during high-volume and holiday periods. That said, we appreciate you recognizing that once the shipment was flagged as potentially lost, our team acted immediately and stayed closely involved until the panels were located and successfully delivered. We’re very glad to hear that, despite the condition of the pallet, all panels arrived intact. Thank you as well for confirming that your order was ultimately fulfilled and that your experience helps clarify how best to reach us when issues arise. Your feedback—both positive and critical—is extremely important to us, and it helps us improve our processes moving forward. We genuinely appreciate your patience and your willingness to give us another chance, and we hope that any future experience with us is significantly smoother from start to finish.

Nick, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration this situation caused and understand how disruptive this was to a time-sensitive project. We want to clarify an important point: once we were notified that the originally ordered panels were no longer available, you were always given the option of a full refund if the alternative panels did not meet your technical or project requirements. Offering an alternative at no additional cost is intended to help customers keep their projects moving, not to pressure them into a change. If the alternative configuration (including total wattage, panel count, or electrical characteristics) was not suitable—as in your case—a refund was and remains the correct path forward. Because customers retain full control to either: - accept an alternative or - decline it and receive a full refund, this is not a bait-and-switch practice. There is no obligation to proceed with a substitute product, and no funds are retained against a customer’s wishes. Regarding the website listings and emails: inventory availability can change rapidly, and listings may remain active while backend confirmations are still being reconciled. That said, your feedback highlights a communication gap, and we take that seriously. We absolutely understand why this experience affected your trust, and we regret that it did. If there is still an outstanding refund or unresolved matter, our team is committed to ensuring it is fully addressed. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve both our processes and communication moving forward.
