Easy to work with

I cannot recommend this app at all. Every time I try to log in, it just shows a spinning wheel and never loads. It’s completely unusable. I also tried reaching out to customer support and tech support multiple times, on different days and at different times, but no one ever answered. When I finally did get through, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the app and were of no help at all. The company clearly lacks proper support, and the app itself doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating and disappointing

I unfortunately have gotten trapped in the hell hole called 9AM Health. I have been without my GLP-1 medication for three weeks now because each day they piecemeal an new piece of information they need before they can call in my prescription. I have done everything they have asked but now I am playing the game of waiting to see how many days will it be before anyone responds. This has been the worse experience that I have ever had. If the system or structure of this merger cannot handle the new client caseloads they inherited then they should have left people alone and allowed them to continue with their trusted medical professionals.

My experience has gone from bad to worse. They never answer the phone; it's always busy. Messages aren't returned, so it's like communicating in a vacuum. I had an appointment with one of their doctors that lasted less than five minutes; he knew nothing about my medical history and quickly said I needed to speak with an endocrinologist. I have been trapped in this loop of substandard care for almost six weeks, and I still do not have approval for the medication that my actual Dr. prescribed for me. The SHBP needs to drop this company; they have no interest in providing real healthcare.

Please let me save you months of your time and money. I spent most of my adult life with a BMI over 32. Before Mounjaro was released, I lost some weight with Qsymia, but the side effects of brain fog and word-finding difficulties were intolerable. I was prescribed Mounjaro off label when it was first released and quickly achieved a BMI between 20-21 which I maintained for three years on a maintenance dose. When I suddenly needed a new prescriber, I reached out to them. My BMI skyrocketed from 20.5 to 28 while they led me on, left my messages unread for weeks at a time, while telling me they needed “just one more piece of documentation.” Now they say they can’t prescribe my maintenance dose- in fact can’t prescribe it at all- it because my BMI was under 30 when I started (yes..I’d been on Qsymia for years). Now I’m just 10 pounds away from a BMI of 30 again so I’ll be eligible again but I’ll be looking for a company that actually answers messages and uses critical thinking with prescribing decisions.

I can recommend this app enough. They have helped me through my weight loss journey with extreme care and with the best team to advice and support me every step of the way

They sold my data, or at least did nothing to protect my information. I got scammers texting me within minutes about info I filled out during the account setup process
