I think this is a scam.
I think this is a scam. I cannot talk to an actual doctor. I've been seeing a weight loss specialist for 2 years, and now NOTHING is being covered as my health care / insurance provider has decided this service is better. It's all "automated virtual AI chat" - I cannot get direct answers to any questions. The fancy scale they sent me does NOT work (it is not calibrated correctly, and has weights listed for me FROM BEFORE I EVEN GOT THE SCALE = SCAM). They've ordered lab work that I get routinely from my regular doctor. It's basically holding my prescription "hostage" while they collect $$ from my insurance. I'm just about ready to order what I need from Ro as it will likely be cheaper and faster to deal with. DO NOT USE IF YOU CAN HELP IT - go to an outside site to get the meds and find a local weight loss doctor who 1) actually has an accurate scale and 2) will discuss options and answer questions. This service is a SCAM - and I'm trying to figure out where/how to report it!
