Still haven’t gotten merchandise still processing order never get answer back from emails and when do it’s no help as to when I will receive my merchandise aka just one shirt

if i could give zero stars i would. they lie about processing and shipping times. they wont reply to emails or requests to cancel an order. wont refund money. just another garbage website with poor quality and horrible customer service

They are the WORSE F**** COMPANY EVER! I ordered a pair of shoes in AUGUST, it’s been 5 months and they STILL SAY THE ORDER IS « PROCESSING » my ass! They are money thief’s especially after paying 70$ for shipping! Never EVER buy from them

Couldnt Be Happier, placed an order then saw all the bad reviews slightly panicked i was going to ask for a refund. However after a very quick response from their team i decided to leave the order and wait, products have come to the U.k in good time, no customs charges, well packaged and great quality products! Will be a returning customer

The shoes are terrible quality. It's just cardboard,rubber and fabric. They rip and fall apart easily.

I ordered over $500 worth of merchandise last September and never got it. NEVER GOT A REFUND!!! After months and months of waiting I finally emailed them about it. They said it was " being made as we speak " or " It's just coming out of the printer " amongst other poor excuses. EVERY WEEK they said it was about to be shipped, this went on for about 2 months of me constantly asking and wondering where it is??? Never got it, they lie & lie & lie. I just assumed it was never coming and felt like the pun of a joke they were playing at my expense. Not to mention the customer service was EXTREMELY rude. Saying things like, " that sounds like a you problem " & " should have used our express shipping " or how about this one ... " You shouldn't have ordered at Christmas time ". You've got to be kidding me right? Anyway don't even think about ordering from this site. Or do so at your own risk. Never got a refund. Was just FORGOTTEN ABOUT! Over $500 GONE!!! They ignore my emails and messages to this day. Absolute scum bags. COMPLETE dishonour to Juice WRLDS legacy. HE WOULD BE ASHAMED!!! Words can't describe how much I dislike this company. Also all the designs have gotten so bad that even if I had amnesia and forgot all about this experience I wouldn't order anyway because all their merch looks like a 12 year old made it. They actually use to have cool designs. I've been told by someone who's ordered from them a few times and actually received it? (Big surprise I know) Said the quality of their merch has really gone DOWNHILL! Stitching came undone after a few washes. Prints completely fell off after a a couple of months wearing it. And the merch arrived with dirt and who knows what else STAINED in the merch.

only writing this because back when they dropped fighting demons i ordered the big box on march 16 2022 and NEVER got it for MONTHS of emails and finally got a refund (surprising but yes i got one) on JANUARY 24 of this year... and that was after COUNTLESS emails asking where its at or what's going on or just asking for a refund cause I didn't care for it after waiting 10 months... i refuse to even go near this clothing brand anymore and give these weird mfs money from a dead LEGEND cause all I've seen them do is drop countless amounts of clothing and its either poorly made or never shows up and is way to overpriced for how its made I've gotten better clothing from company's and paid HALF or less then what i paid them for that

Do not order from this company. I ordered clothes in December and they never arrived. Sent many emails and was continuously promised my order was on its way. When I asked for a refund it never came. I had to involve the bank in the end. Horrendous experience. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
