Only giving them a one star because I can’t go any lower. I never received the merchandise that I paid good money for. I have emailed them countless times and they always tell me it’s still being made but it’s been 4 months and no merchandise

What a waste! I contacted them well out of the 8 week shipping period and they said it had not been 8 weeks. Ordered November 26th, emailed them mid February so y’all do the math. Every week was “contact by the end of next week if you have not received a shipping confirmation,” for 3 weeks. Then tried to give me a $10 gift card like I was some loser waiting to get scammed again. I read their policy of refund but 20% restocking fee, y’all got me twisted. I contacted my bank so quick and got a full refund. I feel bad for those who couldn’t get their refund. How y’all look using a deceased artist to scam innocent folks?

This is a continuation of my last review like 2 weeks later. So yes they did contact me with other options. Thing is that I answered the email they sent me, and they have yet to respond back. I’ve sent like 4 more emails in the past 2 weeks and still nothing and it’s sad. They told me they would like me to remove my review I wrote previously on trust pilot. I said that’s fine as soon as you guys assist me I can change it. Well it just seems like they are just ignoring me at this point and it’s actually just disappointing at this point. I’ve just never seen a company care so little before.

First off they could attemp to care, which they don’t. Get your products from a company that will allow you to exchange your clothes if they don’t fit. P.S. they run small. A large is not a large and they will not allow you to exchange so $90 wasted but I’m disputing the charges. Fraud. They sent a friend of mine to complete wrong order and refused to make it right. There are plenty of places to get your gear without these thief’s.

I am only giving them a star because there is no way to give them a negative number. I wear a large and ordered a large which is not a large and is really tight. I reached out to make an exchange for a larger size and they said all sales are final. Don’t do business with these people.

Terrible company. 3 months for items. To arrive in UK and be hit with a £60 customs fee. Will never buy from this shambles of a company again. Being told some absolute bull every time I emailed them. Zero customer skills

Dont expect your order by the 6-8 weeks. All my orders have take 10+ if not 16 weeks to ship. Plus They’ve lost packages. They dont care about their customers. Terrible Customer Service, only solution they give is wait. Not worth it for Juice merch.

Bought 3 shirts back in september still no sign of it getting delivered and the company keeps telling me to wait. They told my I couldnt get a refund because it was a exclusive drop? Dont order!
