Stole my Money, won't respond to email.
I purchased $195 worth of merchandise November 27th of 2023, I was told the items were handmade and taking longer than normal after the items hadn't arrived within 8 weeks. I continued to follow upand received the same story about being made per order etc. Finally about a month ago they finally told me those items aren't being made and offered replacements that didn't work for us or even total the amount I spent. My son and I found replacement items and they reached back out about sizes and then I have not heard from them since. That was in April and I have emailed them 5 more times since without a response. How is this website even allowed to stay in business when they steal from customers?

We updated some items in your order for #JW7078259 as requested a while back, though it seems that you did not receive an email about the update. These out of stock items were the cause of your delay, though I understand that waiting that long for your order was not ideal.
