My experience started off a lil rough an got a lil worse , but then got better if it wasnt for Asia munoz. I was just gonna say forget the loan. But mr munoz was very curious an tried extremely hard. Also a person name Sam, an another I cant remember his name. They were fantastic. Now when the contract was done an agreed to. Then everything went horrible. The other part of the department that does the final steps. They were rude an very unproffesional. I expressed this to Mr munoz an he apologized several times for their unproffesionalism. I had plenty of choice words for them. Especially the gentlemen that I asked if he could wait on phone for couple minutes to make sure I was doing rite thing. He told me know he doesnt have time an he has other calls to take care of an hung up on me. So the people at baskets market an another employee, between the 3 of us we were able to get it done rite. I sent them a 50.00 appreciation card for staying past their hours that they were closed just to help me. Then the following day Mr munoz apologized again for the other group of people. I think he deserves a promotion or a raise. If it wasnt for him i would have terminated the loan. That's how upset i was. But he was fantastic an very proffesional.
