I haven’t received my money yet

This is my second loan from Loan Mart and I have already recommended you to a friend. Despite the horrible year we have all just gone through, and as busy as you are writing title loans (I'm guessing more than ever), you still managed to fulfill your same time frames to help us in need to get funds into our accounts. Keep up the good work! Your people are very good at what they do. You can be proud of them.

The team was great in assisting with what I needed done.

This was tough for me. Luis and his team were very helpful, but because of a moneygram server issue I did not receive my funds in a timely manner. I was supposed to receive my funds on Thursday, it is now Friday and my funds will likely not be available until Monday.

I had a great experience, I was not happy with the wait time. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and some of the agents did not make themselves clear. When I did finally connect with the final agent she made me feel at ease and was very clear with what to expect.
