Start-to-finish
Start-to-finish, the 7th Ave team and experience was great. We're happy with the quality of the product, the ease of picking a configuration, scheduling delivery, having the guys come out and do all the installation for us (was cool to see how it all comes together), and the touchpoints along the way. Would recommend (and I already have to some friends)!

Beautiful sectional
The website was easy to navigate. A few questions with the store rep on a conf call was all it took to make the purchase of our sectional with ottoman. It came in record time and the white glove treatment was just that. The men made sure everything was in place and explained to me as they worked to put the pieces together. Thank you!!

The couch is premium
The couch is premium, sturdy and extremely comfortable. We initially worked with Casey and he was very helpful in choosing our dream couch for our home. We purchased the 3 seater extra deep with the oatmeal beige covers and we are in love with it all. The white glove service was a huge cherry on top. The workers were clean, efficient and a life saver from having to set up the couch ourselves and having to remove the boxes and trash. 10/10 recommend 7th avenue and the white glove service. You won’t regret it!

Excellent serviceThe delivery and white glove assembly…
The delivery and white glove assembly were excellent. There had been a misunderstanding regarding the format (deep seat vs. classic) and 7th Avenue replaced the relevant components within a few days without any complications. All around excellent service!

Great experience and awesome couch…
Great experience and awesome couch overall for the price. We have dogs and children, and the stain resistance has been great. It’s nice to know you can easily wash the cover to the cushions. Delivery was a breeze. The delivery guys showed up on time, put together the couch quickly and were very helpful. We bought the couch through the showroom in Newport Beach,
