Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful feedback! We know how important it is to feel at ease during delivery and assembly—especially with curious cats in the mix. We’re thrilled to hear that Robert and Eddie took such great care in not only setting up your sofa and covers, but also in making the experience smooth, thoughtful, and friendly from start to finish. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to them—they’ll be so glad to know their hard work made such a positive impact. We’re grateful you chose 7th Avenue, and we’re delighted that our delivery service helped give you confidence in your new sofa. Enjoy your refreshed setup (and we hope your cats do too)!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We truly regret to hear that your delivery did not reflect the level of care and respect we expect from our White Glove team. Our delivery teams are required to follow strict standards, including steaming upon request and wearing booties when asked, to ensure every customer receives the highest level of service. At the time of delivery, a survey is filed to help us monitor and report on service quality. If that survey did not accurately reflect what took place, we sincerely appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can address it. We will be following up with you directly by phone and email to discuss this further, as our goal is always to ensure every customer enjoys a 5-star experience.
