Great service
Every process of buying the couch was great. The service people (Eddy, Alex, and JP) were amazing. They delivered the couch with care and swiftly assembled it. Very satisfied with the experience!

Customer service is honestly 20 out of 10. It is truly hard to find good let alone great customer service and 7th Avenue is one of the best customer experiences I have received. The couches are beyond stunning and comfortable. So lux yet inviting. Thrilled!!!

We love the quality of the couch
We love the quality of the couch! The white-glove delivery service was amazing as well. Alex and Jose did a great job and even steamed the fabric for us.

Excellent Service--professional and convenient
Just had a couch delivered by Eddie and Diego. We are very happy with how the delivery went--they were very professional, did a great job setting the couch up, made sure everything was in line with our preferences, and took away all the boxes and plastic. Great job.

5 BILLION STARS!!
From the rep in the sales room (Joshua Tompkins) to the white glove installation (Eddie & Diego) this company and team is incredible. Everyone is so knowledgable and ready to help. The sales rep knew which material our cats would leave alone and the delivery guys even steamed the couch and put down my rug and rug pad for me!! Oh yeah and the couch is INCREIBLE!!! SO HAPPY
