Eddy and Chris were the best!
Eddy and Chris on the delivery team in San Jose were the best. They were extremely courteous, communicative and professional. They took extreme care with my new couch and everything else in my house and made sure not to damage anything. They were extremely hard working but nothing ever felt rushed or like they weren't dedicating their time and attention to the job. Would highly recommend this delivery team again! Thank you!

A+ delivery and set up!
Aaron and Alex delivered and set up my sofa today. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. Went above and beyond even steaming the fabric! Everything looks amazing and I can't be happier with how it turned out. I also appreciated them showing me how to adjust and move it around on my own. Perfect set up and my family and I can't wait to enjoy our new sofa!

Upgraded my 7thaveandco Couch!
My experience was great! I purchased my first couch from here 5 years ago and just upgraded my couch to the deeper seats with a new fabric :)! The guys were very prompt, kind and efficient! Service was excellent every step of the way with 7thaveandco! Would give them my highest recommendation from quality of product to service!

Our New Couches
Our sales rep in the Newport Bch store, Logan, did a great job assisting us with our specific needs and purchase decision. The delivery guys, Aaron and Alex, were awesome. Aaron and Alex were fantastic!
Aaron and Alex were fantastic! They were friendly, professional, and funny, which made the whole experience fun from start to finish. They worked efficiently and made sure everything looked perfect before leaving. The couch looks amazing and they handled everything with so much care. I’m very happy and really appreciated their attention to detail, great energy, and positive attitude!

Our delivery
Our salesperson, Patricia, was great. She is responsive and ordering was easy. For some reason we did not the extra filling for the pillows that was on the original order. They now offer set up and delivery which is worth the cost, it took 4 people to assemble a 4 piece sofa with ottoman 2 hours. So doing it on your own would probably take all day. The delivery team was also 2 hours late so scheduling needs to better. Also all the boxes are brought into the home and then assembled which we were not aware of. Otherwise they did a good job.

10/10 LA delivery team
The delivery team - Gabe & Juve - were awesome. I ordered a new cover set and they were happy to install them for me and show me step-by-step how to change them out if I ever need to take them off for washing. So friendly and helpful!
