Ordered this product in Dec 2022, took a month to ship and only finally shipped after I asked them to cancel the order. Tried it twice weekly for 10 weeks exactly as directed. Didn't work at all. Asked to return the product for a refund. I paid to send it back to the address they provided. Shipped March 31 2023. In the meantime they moved warehouses and had the package re-directed to their new address. The item has been waiting for them to pick up since April 21, it is now May 20 and this hasn't changed. Contacted the company multiple times and they say they will follow up and expedite the refund but nothing ever changes. Now they say I need to contact the shipping company to have it sent to their new warehouse. I followed all of their directions within the timeframe required. Do not buy from this scam of a company! Terrible product, terrible customer service. Edited to add I have reached out multiple times and each they say they'd be happy to resolve the issue but never actually do anything about it. I have reported this to the BBB and FTC in hopes of protecting others from being scammed.

5miskin is a scam. Don’t fool like me. spent freaking $$to return the item that I did even open. Scammers. shoppers please go away. Don’t fool to the advertisement and 100% money back guarantee. U need to pay for shipping fee .

If I could give a 0 I would. I never received the product can't even get a tracking number, tried disputing it with my bank and they gave information to my bank saying it was delivered so they got my money anyways. They just keep putting blame on everyone else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Since I can't reply to their comment below...you keep saying that, but even after I've told you repeatedly that I never even received a tracking number. I checked with my nieghbors and my local post office. I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. So keep repeating your party line of that makes you feel better about screwing people out of their hard earned money.

First of all this product does not work. I used it as directed for 2 1/2 months with no results. Now comes the worst part, they don’t want to give me the refund. They are saying they can’t refund with PayPal (which is what I paid with) and that I need to go ahead and take care of that myself with PayPal. They received my return 3 weeks ago and never bothered to tell me their “new policy” with PayPal. Don’t waste your time!!

Ultimately, the product didn't work for me. I used it twice a week during the window in which I could return it and saw no change. I knew it was a long shot but went ahead because of the return option. There are issues with that, however. Be sure you leave yourself plenty of time and don't wait until the last minute to start the process because I emailed to start the process and then when they emailed back it was to ask what my concerns were so they could help me get more comfortable with the device. So I emailed again, I just want to return it. Waited for the email back, which said, we could offer you a discount on the device and you could keep trying it. So I emailed again that I just needed to start the return process and they finally emailed the information I needed. So that process took a full week and I'm sure had that week ended after the 90 days I would've been out of luck. Also, they said when the received the package I would get my refund. Tracking showed it got there on April 7th and as of the 14th I had no refund so I had to email, again, that I hadn't gotten my refund at which point they sent the refund right away. So, long story short? I wouldn't mess with it.
