Customer service great, product did not work for me
Although the product did not work successfully for me the company did reach out and walked me through the return and I was able to receive a 100% refund. At one point I did touch base as I had not heard about the refund and they immediately responded and, indeed, the refund was issured.

This is an amazing product
This is an amazing product. It does the job perfectly and its like I can't do without it. It feels natural and smooth and adds easiness I'd hate to part from.

Product did not work
Product did not work. Paid for return shipping and they claim it never arrived at their warehouse and won’t issue a refund. Customer service is no help. The product is junk, the customer service is terrible and they just want your money! ***I have already called multiple times and been told they “cannot track my return” and offered a 50% refund. Waste of time calling and bigger waste of money even bothering to ship it back.

Do NOT buy from this company
I ordered their product, after two weeks it was still not sent, sent them an email to which I received no reply, then (before the item was shipped), I asked for a refund as I bought another product. Suddenly wishing day my product was shipped to me. Now I have two of the same products (which I don’t need) but the 5minSkin one does not charge! I sent in an email asking for a refund …. Completely ignored me! Absolute scam, do NOT buy from this company UPDATE: After posting this review the company sent me an email stating they would refund me the next day …. I am STILL waiting for the refund!!!!
