SCAM!!! After many emails to them they intermittently reply stating the item is en route after I bought a laser hair removal in the Black Friday sale after seeing what I now realise was probably also another scam on a beauty review website. The item still hasn’t arrived after 3 1/2 weeks and I have reported them to the police and watchdog and even then after me telling them this they still won’t give me my money back so luckily, my payment method was protected so I have since had a refund through that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

i accidently ordered this twice when ordering online. I reached out to customer service and only one transaction was refunded. For the second, they didnt want to refund me back so i contacted my bank ( BOA) to dispute the transaction, and it turns out they denied it since 5MINSKIN suppously submitted proof of shipment. I never got an order #, nor anything telling me, initially that the transactions had gone through, until i checked my online bank transactions. BIg red flag since the beginning. i Just called Customer service again and they said they cant disclose any information on my order since its still in process and they are awaiting the banks response. I told them the bank denied the refund and they said they are most likely to follow the banks response. How can i be charged when i never even received my order and not even a tracking/order # in the first place??? Don't buy from them unless you got extra money to loose. I previously posted the transaction images from my on line banking so ppl can see this is an honest post, but somehow i dont see my review at all!!!

I received my 5minskin this week and tried to use it for the first time. After 50 pushes I was able to turn on the device ONCE. I tried to use it again and cannot turn it on at all. I cannot recommend this device due to the poor quality of the device. I received a replacement unit and that ALSO didn't work. The company once again asked for a video - no problem, and they did issue a refund, but it blows my mind that 2 units were defective. Makes me wonder about other people's experiences.

I wanted to order a device, but while doing the payment I got two times a message of failure. Sadly I see, today, that the amount of €191 was taken out of my account TWICE. I feel very betrayed, their website and payment method clearly has a problem on top of that their online contact form does not work... Update 6/12: I got a respons less then 24hours after my complaint with the message they would cancel the orders and refund me within 7 workdays.

5Minskin advertises returns available, however, they would not accept my return of an unopened package after I received it. This was one day after receiving! They promised a 50% refund and keep the device but never refunded the money and then refused to take a return well within the 30 days.

I have been using this for 3 months at the highest level and twice a week. I still have just as much hair now as when I started. This was rated high and no lie at this point why.

I had a great costumer support experience with this company. I still need to try the product so i cant give my opinion on it.

Broke within a week. Called told me to email with video. Sent video with what was wrong. Never heard back. Called again they don't answer phone.Leave a message they never call back. Don't buy
