I have reached out numerous times to 5minskin to cancel my order. With no reply. This is terrible customer service and quite frankly feels like a scam. My ask was simple 1. to confirm cancellation 2. provide a refund timeline

Absolute trash company. They make returning the piece of garbage almost impossible. People return this POS and get no refund, then the company writes a response saying that they’ve issued the refund. That’s a F’ing lie. Don’t buy from these people, everyone on here is warning you, don’t fall for their BS!!

I will edit this only because they did give me a full refund. My review is harsh, but honest. It is a product that is amazing in theory, but not in application. For those who had success, they either received a product that was far above standard and they also had the perfect skin tone and hair for it to work. 5 Minute Skin IPL is a waste of time and money. After 3 months of using it every week there is no reduction of hair growth or density. Save your money and get professional laser treatment. Also, the unit they sell for $179.00 can be bought from Temu unbranded for under $50. So if you're h*ll bent on trying it good luck. Dear, 5 Minute Skin rep. It's a pity that I couldn't make an honest review for the product on your website, it wouldn't allow me to. And to reply to your desperate attempt for me to clarify, you requested all my information beyond my email address that was used for the purchase. I have already had to mark the abundance of emails sent to me after the purchase to spam..... plain and simple, YOUR PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK!!!!

Defective EMAIL ADDRESS IS BOGUS

This product was a waste of money This product was defective and just stopped working all together. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The 5minskin shipped promptly but the power supply cord failed after only 8 uses due to a short in the power cord at the reinforced end that plugs into the IPL unit. Multiple efforts to obtain a replacement power supply cord (by phone and email) that included a short video that showed the defect. It is notable that we also purchased their extended warranty. Update: the company sent a complete replacement to include the IPL unit. It took several weeks and regular follow up to get to resolution. To be fair, albeit slow, they ultimately stood behind their product.
