4PatriotsReviews of 4patriots.com

I decided to place my first order with this company and took advantage of the B1G2 free weeks free offer. I placed my order through the online chat with a person because I wanted to order two of these. Which totals 6 weeks worth of meals. Ordering was easy, shipping was quick, but once I opened my boxes I realized that the meals advertised as “what you will receive in your kit” were NOT what I received. I received something called “Aztec Chili with Mango” plus one package of oatmeal, one package of Alfredo noodles, one package of lasagna, and one package of “star spangled banner drink”. And this is times 6. I have tried calling twice. On hold for over 45 minutes each time, also requested a call back. Nothing. I have also tried to chat online 3 times and sit on hold. I wanted to like this company and do something helpful for my family, but this is not what I agreed to pay for and not the customer service I expected to have after ordering. *UPDATE* After an unsuccessful chat offering no resolution, I informed the agent of this review. After a few days I received email confirmations for the correct items to be sent to me. I appreciate the promptness to resolve an issue that was the fault of the company. But I will not be ordering anymore in fear of having the same issue again.

This is my first review of any kind. I ordered a 1800 generator bundle on 11/21. I signed up for 5 payments. I received an shipping confirmation and tracking number, the solar panel about 5 days later. That was fine. I wanted to confirm my order and find out when I can expect the generator and cord. There were no more communications on shipping dates. I called the first time last week and asked the automated system to return my call in the order it was received. 3 days later, no call back. I then called today and was on hold for 2 hours until the system made me sign out and leave my number. My order is 8676850. All I need to know is that the balance of my order will be shipped before the next payment will be sent. Hopefully I will hear something soon. Not good or accurate response time. Not sure I will recommend the company. Hope I can write a good review in the next few days. With a name like 4Patriots I expected at least timely communication.

I ordered 2 orders on November 1st. #8601169 buy 1 week get 2 weeks free. #8601183 buy 4 weeks get 1 week free. After several phone calls (with no answer and no call back) and an email that was unresponded to, I left my first Review here on Trust Pilot. The company responded and said that there was a glitch in my order and they were getting the tracking number right out to me. They sent me One Tracking number for both orders. They sent me only 4 weeks when I paid for 8 weeks. After trying to call again and sending another email to let them know I only received half of the order. I received an email response that my order was delivered. They must not have read my email at all. I am still short 4- 1 week packages of survival food that I paid for on November 1st. They seem to be using this forum as their customer service chat. UPDATED 12/4/2023 they responded to this immediately and stated they are sending me the rest of my order. I will update once I receive my Tracking Number.

I really wish I would have looked at the reviews here before placing an order with 4Patriots!! When I received my order the tote was upside down in the box, there was absolutely no top to the tote that the food comes in at all so the tote was just sitting on the food in the cardboard box, everything was dirty and a lot of the food was missing. I’ve tried the “contact us” on the website and the help email with no response so far. I’ve only been dealing with this for a couple of days now, but reading the other reviews it sounds like it’s going to be a long haul to get a replacement or my money back.

The following is my reply to 4Patriots response to my review: "Your customer service is non-existant. If i treated customers the way you do, id be out of business and the manner of which you handle problems will surely negatively impact your business. Companies do not survive once trust is broken. I'm happy to hear that you are doing such a brisk business but if I were you, i would spend my windfall profits on hiring a dedicated call center and paying greater attention to your customer base. I received the solar panels and batteries but nothing else- just to be clear, i did not receive any of the other 9 items including of course the generator itself promised to be shipped quickly. I called and emailed continuosly. I contacted your incoherent automated chat more times than i can count with not so much as one reply. The fact that it took my writing a bad review for you to respond speaks volumes about your integrity whilr demonstrating 4Patriots absence of proper business ethics. What's more, your guilty of false advertising. I ordered my generator exactly when you advertised that you restocked your inventory stating clearly your products were immediately available which was obviously not true. Further, when I looked at your history and many bad reviews, I was able to understand how youve been spinning your false advertising of having available product followed by your excuse of being overwhelmed for a very long time. Reading the many complaints lodged with the same pattern of not responding to your customers until and only when they write a bad review of your practices. The conclusion I arrived at was that this in fact, IS your business model. So, for years youve been using the same old tired excuse over and over again to customers who rightly expected delivery of the items after they paid you. You use their money to manufacture your inventory thus there is always a delay in sending their orders to them. Not answering a customers' ligitimate complaint demonstrates the iligitamacy of your organization. You only respond when someone writes a bad review. You respond only to try to save your dwindling reputation. So your core philosophy and horrible business practices will ultimately doom your business if you do not change your unethical business practice. If I fell for this shady tactic and allowed you to eventually send the generator to me, I would be complicit in your scheme. I cannot imagine what I would be faced with should the generator not work for some reason. So, i will continue to provide my reviews and also let my friends at Fox know about my experience with 4Patriots as well. I am glad I caught this early and certainly not interested in doing further business with your shady firm. The reason you are having a problem collecting my money is I've alerted American Express not to pay you, not because there is any problem with my prestine credit so please no reason to get back to me.

Partial delivery-MIA customer service-No call back for 2 weeks. Enough said. I believe this will workout…put as a business myself, my clients don’t care about my company’s excuses. How do I know? They either tell me, or, I never hear back from them as clients. Simple

I have 2 damaged totes with leaking foil packs. I've called the customer DIS-service number to no avail. No one answered. Spent 2.5 hours on hold twice. left callback number 3 times. No call back. Emailed the nonexistent help 4patriots.com 4 times.

4Patriots team has responded to my complaints and are in the process of resolving the issues. Thank you Kristy.👍👏
