Well, they've rip me off for the last time. I was sucked into their huge ad to Buy One, Great Three boxes of food with FREE SHIPPING for around $77.00. FREE Shipping ended up being $170.00 bringing the total bill to over $250. I realized my error when my credit card company sent me an email, about 30 minutes after I placed the order. I IMMEDIATELY called 4Patriot's phone number and was on hold for over 65 minutes without contacting anyone. I then sent an email to two different addresses for 4Patriots. Received an answer over a WEEK later telling me that the package was already shipped and there is nothing they can do. They also sent a 15 page document to my credit card company disputing my dispute, but not addressing the FREE SHIPPING that I complained about. They won the battle, but I won the war. I will NEVER order from them again. There's a lot better products out there so I'll use some of them.

DO NOT TRUST 4PATRIOTS. We also do not believe their current 9.5 star reviews. $650 in merchandise we paid for 2 separate emergency car kits. Each was going to a different State and different recipient. They sent BOTH car kits to the same address in the wrong state, each addressed to a different recipient's name. That's incompetence!! We are WEEKS LATER and has 4Patriots done ANYTHING to fix their screw-up? No!!. They have made promises to send an RMA for one of the kits to be sent to the correct address in the right state. WEEKS LATER, and 4Patriots still has not emailed the RMA to us and the "customer service" representative's excuse is that it takes them 7 to 10 business days to email an RMA. That's pure fabrication. So, we stopped the charge from going thru our Visa based on NON-DELIVERY of merchandise. 4Patriots has several emails out from us and they still don't seem to care about customer service or making their stupid mistake right. We didn't get our order, someone else did. 4Patriots does not get paid. What astounds us is 4Patriots TRULY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW BADLY THIS MAKES THEM LOOK. 4Patriots attitude clearly appears to be they are "too big to fail." Money talks. No product received. No payment due to 4Patriots!!!

Aztec Chile had old beans. Tried cooking it up and skins of beans were like leather. I called company. They said is was storage or my cooking. It was stored with all other food and I am capable of mixing water and chili mix. A waste of money. Do not buy from these people

I have been a faithfull customer for yrs. A Ret USN SERE-POW Inst. operating my survival tipi camp in W. Colorado. I have NEVER been able to reach a person on the phone and the Pat Bot does NOT work well. Recently serious medicial problem = in hospital and I had to return my total order - I can NOT make contact - have received NO reply in a month - and NO refund. Is this Company having problems - avoiding customers? I have talked with my Capital One Visa about a claim --- I am tired of the tap dance. They do super ads on how excellent they are, BUT after all these yrs - now I am having this SERIOUS problem with them ! Where is the communications ? Where is my REFUND ? Mtn Mel - Deweese,

I mistakenly submitted an order and was charged without authorizing it. I was quick to try to cancel it but to no avail. I was on the phone for over three 1/2 hours then it disconnected. Then I emailed them four times and tried the “Chat” and it was a nightmare to say the least. Not even a confirmation email was sent. Now I received a email indicating my order shipped, WHAT! I didn’t want it! I will never give 4Patriots my business EVER! The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. When I finally did get a message back through IG I’m told to just refuse the package, I contacted UPS and was told that the package cannot be sent back to sender. So I’m forced to take something I don’t want while they take my money. What a scam!!

I placed two orders - one for a three month food supply and the other for the 1800 generator. I received the food supply plus all the "extras" that came with the generataor order; however, have not received the generator. After tracking it through UPS, who indicated it had been delivered to "other"- it was at their direction that have been trying to contact 4Patriots to file a claim for a lost item. I have tried calling several times, been put on hold, asked to leave my number for call back and have held for extended periods of time until finally giving up - also left number "to hold my place in line" and never got a call back. I'm frustrated, because I need 4Patriots to start the claim process and either replace the item or return my money.

Placed an order on 10/31/23 for a 3 for 1 food kit. The variety shown looked good and the price seemed decent. However, I never received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number which they state will be sent, "in 5 business days ". I waited 3 weeks and started calling, stayed on hold, left call back requests, and tried using the website " live chat" all to no avail. Eventually a package showed up and unfortunately the food sent was not the food that was advertised. I received NINE large pouches of stuff called “Aztec Chili with Mango”. My wife is ALLERGIC to mangos!! I would not have ordered this if their ad had shown it. Ad showed fireside stew, rice with broccoli, oatmeal,.. nothing about mangos. I wonder; did they advertise appetizing meals and then send stuff that nobody buys? Personally, even if my wife wasn't allergic to mangos, Mango Chilli sounds kinda disgusting... To date; I've tried calling, requested call backs, used their website and nothing yet.I wanted to like this company as they claim that they help veterans ( I'm a vet and donate time & money to vet organizations) but this is not what I agreed to pay for and not the customer service I expected to have after ordering. My experience has me questioning their integrity. I feel ripped off. Order #8598918 PS to 4Patriots: my order has my personal email but the review policy will not let me include it. I filed the dispute when I thought you were ignoring me. When the product arrived, I immediately contacted my credit company and the dispute was canceled. The amount you charged was paid to you that day, 11/28/23. Check. Your. Records!!! I'm still holding on to the junk you sent me. I would like you to refund my money and arrange to have it sent back to you with no charge to me. Be like an amazing company that starts with an "A" and email me a shipping label. I will go to the trouble of dropping it off for the return. Otherwise, my negative review stands and will be posted on a multitude of sites.
