4PatriotsReviews of 4patriots.com

In response to a Frank Bates request, I would like to provide my positive review. I have found 4patriots to be very credible in their service supplying outstanding value and up to date products for those interested in preparing for natural and man-made disasters up to and including an EMP attack. Working with and attending weekly webinars hosted by Seth, Morgan and Shelby have helped immensely, offering encouragement and technical expertise on products and survival solutions in a multiplicity of potentially deadly scenarios. Having contact with those I engage on a weekly basis has resulted in very positive and collaborative relationships. Any issues related to initiating and servicing orders with this team have further enhanced this relationship resulting in a very helpful and educational environment.

I have ordered multiple times these past few years. My orders have ALWAYS arrived in a timely manner and NEVER in bad condition. I will continue to purchase emergency items from 4Patriots because they have quality products that will be the sustenance for my family in the event of catastrophic power failure or economic breakdown. I just wish the Patriot Power Generator 2000X was in my price range. :)

4Patriots is a company that is easy to use. People are very nice and polite when I called with questions. Great products from meat to dried fruits. Made several dishes and each delicious and very easy to make. Love the payment plan for bigger items and kits. Have also bought things for kids which they appreciate.

I purchased a water filtration system that came incomplete. It was bought as a Christmas gift. When I could NOT reach them by phone I finally went to messaging. Occasionally they would reply. I told them I want to return as there was no way I was giving an incomplete item as a gift and there was no way they could correct the problem by Christmas. They gave me the address to return to which I did on12/27/23. / No credit on my card came. I filed a complaint with the card company. Then they said the refund can only come by check in 10-14 days. No check in 10-14 days. Today they say they are checking into refund but it takes 75 days. The story and contact person keeps changing. These people are professional scammers. I have turned this over to the Attorney General in my state. I've never dealt with such professional crooks in my life. If you feel like taking a chance, you better keep every scrap of receipt that comes to you by email, text or phone because you are going to need it to prove your case Keep your money and RUN AWAY from this company. There are other legitimate sellers that don't have the bad reviews of 4 Patriots.

I rely on 4Patriots as the one of the primary sources for our family's preparedness supplies! I have been pleased with their level of service and quality of products.

I have made NUMEROUS purchases the last 18 months or so and we are COMPLETELY satisfied with 4Patriots. I have purchased dehydrated foods, solar lights, solar flashlights, 2 generators (we were so impressed we bought one for a relative), water purifier. We are not “preppers” but we do not live with our heads in the sand either. We like to be ready and self reliant and 4Patriots has it all. We recently are giving the “greenies” a try and so far (2weeks) are very pleased with them as well. Nothing goes without a hiccup here and there - and we have had 2 “issues”with 2 different product and the issue was resolved IMMEDIATELY. Their customer service has been OUTSTANDING. I have NEVER been disappointed with this company ! (And I have never given a review for anyone this positive !!)

I started buying 4patriot products about a year or so ago. I've tried the food and it is good. I do like some of the prices and payment plans. I would probably buy more with better payment plans, maybe longer term to lower the payment. I have always had good service.

I have purchased a few different products from 4PATRIOTS. They have arrived in a quick and timely manner, and if I had any questions I got very helpful advice from the best customer service I have ever had. Thanks for the great product's and service.
