This company is 100% a scam! Save yourself the headache of shipping back all the product to them and go buy some seasoning packets and a 25lb bag of rice. 90+% of what you get is rice. As for beverages star spangled energy drink mix with so much sugar on the nutrition label it's astonishing! Go buy a 5lb bag of sugar and mix it with some kool-aid.
They provide you with about $40-50 of value in their 3 month kit.

MADE IN CHINA
This company advertises on patriotism, but fails to disclose that all of their products are made in China. Very patriotic of them. When I received my staggered order, with all boxes stating in large bold letters “MADE IN CHINA”, I felt very misled and discouraged. I contacted 4 Patriots 7 separate times thereafter. Not once did they answer their customer service line. They also have an option for a “call back”, but after trying that 3 times, with no call back, I called a final time and was on hold for 2 hours before being disconnected. I haven’t even had the opportunity to speak to a real person. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I don’t even know if this is a legitimate company. I only want to return my product at this point but have yet to get a response. If you are looking to purchase a generator, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They are the worst by far.

Due to the current world events it has caused a spike in demand for our products. We are working hard to fix the delay in service as it is not our typical standard. We are taking action to correct this and we appreciate your patience. We are not complacent, nor content, with the current hold times and it will not be an issue in the future. While we make every effort to source products domestically, some product categories, particularly those electronic in nature, are difficult or impossible to find adequate manufacturing in the US. This is not just a cost issue, but a supply chain, engineering and manufacturing capacity issue. Very few products like computers, cell phones, televisions, etc. are made in the US, and we're not a large enough company to build or re-engineer the appropriate production to do the advanced technology work we source and our customers demand. While many customers would prefer all products to be American made (as we would too), the reality is very few customers are willing to pay 3-5x the cost to make that happen. We insist that our 4Patriots food products and (Patriot Health Alliance) supplement products are produced in the US. But we're able to do that because the appropriate partners exist today. I'm sorry to hear that the Generator has not met your expectations. For Patriot Power Generators (Patriot Power Generator 1800 and Patriot Power Generator 2000-X): Due to government regulations regarding the shipping of lithium-iron-phosphate batteries, returns containing our Patriot Power Generator require a special box for the unit to ensure they are not damaged in transit. As a result, the return box, along with return labels for the generator and box containing the solar panel and cord, along with select bonus items, require a flat return and restocking fee, deducted from your refund once received. Free gift offers were not fulfilled
I ordered the generator and expandable battery. They arrived in a timely manner, but not the package of valuable free gifts which were offered with the order. It has been very hard to contact the company. I have spent a great deal of time on hold on the phone, and have requested the callback option with 3 separate calls, to no avail. The chat option on the website is an automated robot, and no specific message can be sent.

Rat droppings, no customer service
My mother lives in a rural area and ordered from 4Patriots on my recommendation. Her order did not arrive in the hard plastic bins as advertised, but instead in cardboard boxes. On inspection of the contents, there were SIGNIFICANT RAT DROPPINGS present. Customer service is non-existent unless you want to place another order. Will be utilizing another company moving forward.

Per 4Patriots' request, I will be sending photos of what was delivered to the e-mail listed in their response. I did not want to put my elderly mother's e-mail in the clear, hence they could not find the e-mail for the order as I did not include it.
I would like to acknowledge their willingness to discuss this issue.
UPDATE 2/22/2024
Well - after sending photographs of our delivered product…TWICE…I was ASSURED that the issue would be taken care of. My mom received a phone call the following day (that was an week ago) assuring her of the same.
And that was the end of it. No follow-up, no reimbursement or replacement for the shipment. Nothing from customer service.
I have contacted their “help dept” and their “claims dept”…unfulfilled promises, no follow-up.
Contacted them AGAIN today - will see what magic beans they wish to give.

If you have an issue that’s just to bad!
I have called and patiently waited then I was put on call back list with no call back( three times)! I have emailed with no reply, Looked them upon facebook …can’t chat with them???? No way to contact them.
I have an issue with a product and I've bought a lot of products from them and now I'm very concerned that if I need to rely on these products what I am going to find in those packages at the time I need them! Feeling very apprehensive.

I wrote it off that I got ripped off by an illegitimate company, my bad. Won't fall for that again.
But now I'm seeing commercials on TV for this company?
Don't believe their adds, don't order their products, they aren't a legitimate company.

About two years ago
About two years ago, 2020 2021 somewhere around there I bought four of their little black like a cell phone size solar chargers, to charge phones, and things like that, those convinced me that the stuff they sell is junk. None of them worked properly I bought four of them for my kids and myself they didn’t work worth a crap and they were way overpriced. I’d never buy nothing from this company again.
