Respected Sir/Madam, I was really impressed with all the items in the box. However, when I tried to use the 64 gb microUSD card, it didn't work. Everything else worked perfect and I am really impressed with it. I actually used it today after receiving it and found that out . Also, the 16 gb card is really low sized and ran out of memory in just 3 videos! Could you possibly send me another microUSD card, and could you actually send a 128 gb one since I feel the card has to be a high space one? I would be really glad for your consideration. Pretty terrible. Don’t have items in stock and keep telling you “tomorrow”. I waited 30 days, then i cancelled!! Terrible Customer Service!!! Never buying from this store ever again..! Don't waist your time..!

1. I ordered a drone and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping 2. I called 4k4less on the 5th day since I had not received my drone. They said it was because of a holiday and they would have it to me in 2-5 days. I argued that I had paid for it to be shipped to me by that day and I wanted it overnighted to me or I was canceling my order. They agreed it would be overnighted. 3. The next day, I still had not received my drone. I called back and they said it was because their warehouse was backed up. I understand things go wrong but now my I have to explain to my clients why I'm unable to complete their projects on time. I will not order from 4k4less again after this experience. They are unreliable

Worst company, they don't want to honor an order because they did a mistake. They are liars telling that the product is out of stock. Don't do business with them.
