Lied to about about availability and when it would ship out. Promised it would definitely ship out this week by supervisor or they would personally cancel the the order, still hasn’t happened. Product is still not in stock.

Took me over a week to reach someone at fedex because they were holding my package at the warehouse instead of delivering it. I was told I had to contact sender. I left several voicemails no reply. I only got my package because my cousin knew someone who worked at fedex. I needed it 3 days prior to finally getting it so someone bought me one used. after finally getting it i realized all pieces wasnt there. i tried contacting company again no luck. never again will i purchase anything from this site.

I didn’t like that I would call during business hours and early in the day, no one would answer. Then when my call did get answered I got transfer to the right department to answer my question. Which was great but again no one picked up. Okay... so I left a voicemail message because what I was ordering it was important for me to receive it a certain day. But one on got back to me...

Compre una cámara para fotos y video y no trae el micrófono como se graba necesito más información repliquen que trae para uno no comprar

Placed an order that didn't go through (DJI Mavic Pro Platinum w fly more combo). It was due to the system being updated on the back-end. I'd needed to re-order, a customer service rep said. I decided not to make the purchase so I could buy the Mavic 2 Pro instead, but a few days later I saw my credit card was charged for the order that wasn't supposed to go through. I called customer service to see if it shipped out and to cancel the order, but it was too late. A few days later when I received the products, I saw the accessories are made of cheap plastic.. not made from DJI. I called back to return everything, and they're requiring me to pay for return shipping ($46) back to New Jersey. I will never buy from 4k4Less again, just to avoid the headache.

Probably won’t order again. Ordered camera for a good price. Received call from John the next day selling me on an extra battery that runs for $75 but he would sell to me for $30. I agreed. The camera is delivered for signature only, which I was no aware of, I work. I call UPS and they say seller requested item be returned to them. Why after one attempt? I for it worked out and camera delivered. Wrong extra battery comes and now I have to return and pay out of pocket for return for their mistake. I specifically ask for a refund for the battery. Instead of refund they send me the battery. The same battery sells on ebay for $18. They sold it to me for $30, plus I spent $7 to return wrong battery...$37 for something I could have paid $18 for. What a scam and a lie!! I love my camera but I will never deal with this company again. And didn’t reply to my email/complaint.

I ordered a Sigma 150-600mm Sport lens on August 23rd. I was told at the time I ordered it that it would be shipped to me "right away." My Paypal account was charged $1325 the next day, so I thought my lens was on it's way. I never received an e-mail confirming shipment. A week later, I checked my 4k4less account and the status indicated that my order was still being processed. I called them and after waiting a very long time on hold, I was informed by very nice lady that they still had three in stock and that mine would be shipped soon. She agreed to give me free expedited shipping, to compensate me for the inconvenience. Three business days later, I checked my account and once again, it was still processing. When I called 4k4less, I was informed that the lens was out of stock. At this point I asked for a refund, which I did receive. Two out of three times I contacted 4k4less, I was given inaccurate information. Very disappointing. I will never do business with these people again.

The sales representative I worked with needs customer relation training he makes you feel that hes not interested in what you have to say and is in a hurry to get rid of you makes promises not kept.I paid for a new drone and received a drone in a refurbished box with serial numbers that do not match.I finally got a hold of a wonderful customer relations lady that really cares and is working with me buy the name of Naddie she is a great asset to that company.
