Great. Just what I ordered and shipped early

Received the wrong item of lesser value. After trying many times & many hours later I was able to talk to Jessica B. She was very pleasant. She promised me $15.00 refund (price difference) next day. I have email confirmation too. It has been a week now. No refund. Keep calling, no answer. Really bad experience. Shady business. I will also share my experience in Google rev. and social media. Never do business with this company.

Don't make an order with your smart phone. Never got a response that my order has been received but I saw that it hit my Bank account. Called several times and was on hold for over 15 minutes using the customer service option. After days of calling finally called the sales and get a response at all I was told was my order has been received and shipped nothing else. Very poor customer service will probably never use this site again

Very quick with shipping my drone and the guy that talked with me over the phone was very sincere and cared about what I was asking about, thank u 4k4less!

Got product in reasonable time and it worked. However, I would liked to have received an order confirmation/invoice and a receipt.

Excellent service!

I originally though I didn't receive the shipping info. But in fact I ignored it at the beginning and saw it later. So now I give 5 stars without any problem.

At first I wasn’t sure about this site to be honest but the bundle was a great deal so I gave it a shot, and when the package arrived I got even more than I was expecting. Very happy with my purchase, I will definitely be looking to 4k4less next time I am shopping around!
