I'd give them 5 stars if they would have sent a confirmation email of my order along with another once my order had shipped, also step up their customer service, respond to an email. Otherwise my order came in on time, and was exactly what I ordered, so for that I give kudos...but please guys in the future communications with the buyer is crucial for great business.

I have not received camera. I have tried to call and email with no reply, so in scared I got scamed out of $350 for a camera that I got for a class my daughter is required to have it, and no one can even get back to me to say whether it's coming

Ordered a Canon camera a month before I needed it because it said 5-7 day shipping..never received the package and called 25 days later and they said it was never shipped because it’s “unavailable” but I was never notified that it was not going to ship

After Ordering, I have received no receipt, then 2 weeks later the order status changed to "Fraud". So I wrote them to find out what's going on, no response for a week now. I cannot even tell if they exist.

THEY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AND DO NOT SHIPPED NOTHING

I purchased Canon 70D camera. These guys did not ship the product and not even notify me. I tried to call them couple of days and they were having holiday in the middle of the week. After a week, got hold of them and they said the order has been cancelled and they say this is no more in stock. I would have bought somewhere else if I was notified before. They asked me to buy 80D camera which is of higher price. As a courtesy they are giving me just 25$ discount which is of no use for me. The customer service representatives are rude sometimes. They just cut the phone while I am talking. Also, the customer service representatives do not have proper info on the products. One guy says that it is original Canon US Warranty product. Other guy says that they are not authorized dealer and Canon may not cover. I got a feeling that this product is the imported Grey market one but they are selling it as an official Canon one. I am not sure though. They promise to give 4k4less warranty but I did not know whether to believe or not. In any case I did not want to take risk buying anything from them and looking for other options now.
