Lens came in amazing shape and arrived way faster than expected!

I really wanted this Canon SX60hs camera - prices varied on the internet so I called 4k4less who had it listed for less! It was a local company and a nice rep named John answred all my questions and even made up a nice bundle for me. I needed the camera by the next week and he assured me i would have it. Much to my happy surprise the pacakage arrived THE NEXT DAY! Just as described, all the parts were there and then some! I am so very happy i made this call. Saved a lot of money over the big stores and got exactly what I wanted! Would highly recommend them! And thank you again John for being so nice!

Fast shipping and cheapest price. Received product within one week

No contact for 10 days after the order; had to call and sit on hold only to be told that they were out of stock for the item I had bought on sale. OK, then why didn't anyone tell me that without me having to take 1/2 hour out of my work day? So, after trying to get me to buy a different camera (come on, seriously?) they refunded the purchase price (which is why they are getting 2 stars instead of 1). Tellingly, the item I tried to buy is still listed for sale on the site, just not at the (very good) sale price I had relied on. Hmmm.

Bought a Fuji 55-200mm lens from them - lens was not new, maybe not USA, probably open-box return or demo or gray market (no registration paperwork with lens). Plus it's defective - very loose zoom mechanism. It's virtually impossible to contact them: they don't respond to emails sent from their website form, phone calls are always shuttled to 20-30min hold times. When I finally reached customer service after 6 tries, the woman assured me they would immediately send form for return shipping & exchange the lens. Needless to say, I have received nothing a day later. I'm not looking forward to wasting hours more time to risk hearing more lies from them...

Shipped promptly. My Canon T7i camera came in new perfect condition. Note, it was a lot cheaper than other sites, and it turns out they shopped me the international model (D800). It's the same as the US model function and feature wise so no issues. My only suggestion - do your research. They sold the camera for cheap but it doesnt come with Canons warranty. Given this is a reliable camera, I had no issue and was glad to save the 120-150 bucks!

Placed an order on 9-18. It was billed to my credit card on 9-19. Was suppose to ship in 5 to7 work days. Had not received by 10-10. Contacted a customer service rep who admitted they did not have the product in stock. NEVER received an e-mail saying the product was unavailable. Got cut off while talking to customer service rep. I waited 15 to 20 minutes to be able to talk to someone. Would never recommend this bus I ness.
