The sales representative I worked with needs customer relation training he makes you feel that hes not interested in what you have to say and is in a hurry to get rid of you makes promises not kept.I paid for a new drone and received a drone in a refurbished box with serial numbers that do not match.I finally got a hold of a wonderful customer relations lady that really cares and is working with me buy the name of Naddie she is a great asset to that company.

I am very pleased with my order, “the price is right”. The only problem I have with 4K4less is the long wait time when you call customer service.

BUYER BEWARE ! I bought from 4k4less because of the high review from trustpilot. Placed a Leica lens order on 4/22/18, didnt get any confirmation email. Called and spoke with Peter who said order is in process will b shipped immediately, thus should arrive within 5 days and he emailed me order confirmation. 5/8/18 item still have not arrived. Have sent 5 emails, tried to call and left messages 3 times, but no reply. My credit card has been charged since 4/22 and I am disputing it.

I had ordered the wrong lens on accident and had to return it. My experience with Maddie from customer service was excellent. She was helpful with every aspect of this issue. She handled the problem with professionalism and courteousness. I would 100% do business with them again knowing I would get service like this.

Good attitude for service. But because of the time limits for my self I can’t wait for store transferring camera from someplaces, Hope refund is successful and next time we can have a good deal!

The CSR actually saved the day! Very disappointed when the wrong product was delivered, but I feel confident after talking to the rep that it's going to get handled.
