Same experience as several other reviews. Ordered an Inspire2 and Zenmuse 4x Bundle. Price seemed too good to be true but John assured me the camera was included. He then sold me a second battery set. I never got a revised invoice - but the order shipped. The package arrived with no camera and no extra battery. I called in and John asked me to take photos of the order and send them in because their records showed the items shipped. I did that and they just stalled. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. 4K4less customer service responded and said there was no need to dispute the charge and please could I send photos (again!!!). Either this company is criminal or completely incompetent. I am now stuck not being able to use the drone they sent or purchase one from a different company until the credit card company resolves the claim. Pricing too good to be true always is!! Go to a real company for an honest deal. Maybe I will learn my lesson this time....

Worked with John getting my drone and he was very helpful. He was able to give my rush shipping and add on a battery at a great price. Price and customer support were top notch!

I ordered a DJI Phantom 3 4k From 4k4less.com on Friday, March 2, 2018, Called on Monday the 5th to check on the order and after waiting on hold for a half hour, calling back, and immediately getting an answer, was told that my product was no longer in stock and was offered a Phantom 3 Pro at a competitive rate. After accepting that this was a typical bait and switch, and realizing the price of the PH3 pro being offered was a good one, i accepted the switch. He told me he would get the drone right out to me and i my card was charged litterally within 5 seconds of the phone call ending. My drone did not get sent out that day even though i called at noon, it was sent out the next day via fedex and even though i paid for 2 day shipping, it appeared he sent it ground because after being shipped on tuesday the 6th it was scheduled to arrive in New England from New Jersey on the 9th. By the way, the Drone which i originally ordered which they told me was out of stock is still up for sale on their website at a sale price of $589. You'll get a good price on a drone assuming they have it, but Bait n' Switch seems to be their business model

Joseph and John are my go to guys when it comes to ordering from 4K4Less. These guys always go above and beyond and make sure everything is taken care of. Will definitely order from here again!

Very pleased with the service on my original order as it arrived on the date I was told. I realized one thing was missing that was supposed to be included, but on the phone I was told the backpack wasn't included with my order. After some discussion they agreed that it should have been included. It has been a couple of weeks and I still have not received my backpack.

Customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to make us happy.

I had no issue whatsoever. DJI Inspire 2 came as advertised. Customer Service is top notch.
