If i could give them NEGATIVE review -- i would. This is a SCAM store - STAY AWAY. I bought a Digital Camera - i called them first to make sure the item is in stock - they never sent it. Later they claimed the item was back ordered. Multiple phone calls and email later - they finally sent me my money after i had to fight for refund via paypal. unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.

I give 5 stars to my customer service person Mattie for the effort she put in to get me product to me dispite the challanges that had to be addressed for the positive outcome. 4K4less had the best prices I could find both on the internet & at brick & mortar stores. I purchased a Canon EOS Rebel SL2 & a Tamron 18-400mm lens & 4K4less had the best price on both. (Because of needing the items in a timely manner, I did call prior to placing an order to make sure the items were in stock.) I did receive a phone call trying to up-sell accessories but I appreciate the non-pushy approach. The rep asked, I said "no thanks" & that was it. Delivery of items was quicker than I expected; approx 2-3 days. I would definitely purchase from 4K4less again.

Very happy with service. Within hours of placing my order, I was contacted both via e-mail and by telephone to review my order.
