4k4Less really deserves 5 stars except for a couple minor points. Their prices were unbeatable on the Nikon camera I bought, and the free, FedEx shipment was very timely. The camer arrived undamaged and is exactly what I thought I was ordering. My only issues were: 1) When making my purchase through their phone person, he entered the wrong date for my credit card, causing the transaction to be rejected. Talking with my card person, who proceeded to a 3 way talk with 4k4less, and the re-entering my card info allowed the purchase to be completed. 2) I was never sent an order confirmation and anticipated ship date. They did send an email confirmation when it did ship the day after my order was placed.

I am a commercial drone pilot and needed a hard-to-find product overnighted for a job. To make things worse, I called late in the day. The sales agent was able to quickly guide me through the order process. It was obvious that I was not the first desperate customer they have helped.

Great price and product.

The drone I bought my husband has been one if his greatest gifts. 4k4less is a reputable company with great communication. We would shop there again in a heartbeat!

Good guys to deal with. Communication can be a little spotty but I contribute that to a very busy = very successful company. The Mavic pro speaks for itself. The "combo package" is very complete if you don't include the camera bag that came with it. It certainly IS NOT FOR A DRONE. other than that issue, I rate them as a first rate company. Had it not been for the pretty much useless camera bag I would have given 5 stars.
