Ordered a DJI Mavic Pro with spare battery and additional 32G SDHC card. Plus it came with a "free" soft carrying case. Great price for the package! I was a little skeptical. Ordered it on August 22nd, it was in my hands on the 24th. Everything was there, this is New-in-the-box. The carrying case is nothing to get excited over, certainly would not have paid money for it, but it is very convenient versus lugging around a Pelican case. VERY pleased with the service. I never received an invoice so I called today. Spoke to Lacy who took care of it(my error, I gave an incomplete e-mail address) and she stayed on the phone with me to be sure I received it.

Ordered an Olympus lens, m4/3 format, on August 8th. I needed it for an excursion I was taking on Aug 26th. Plenty of time, I figured. They sent me the 4/3 format, which is an entirely different lens all together. Received it Aug 10th, I believe. Called into support for an RMA. Talked to Lacey in customer support. She e-mailed me an RMA # and a shipping label. I put it in the mail in the afternoon. I waited until Tuesday to call in and ensure my return was received, since I shipped it out late on a Friday. Talked to someone else in service, who told me they had received the return and I should get a new tracking number via e-mail within 24 hours. Never received said e-mail. but I assumed the replacement would ship within the next two days and got on with the rest of my life. When there was nothing in the mail on Monday (Aug 20), I started to worry. Called back in to support and got Lacey again. She had a look and told me the issue was the SKU #s for the two lenses were the same and that they should have it shipped within 24 hours. Once again, I was promised an e-mail with a tracking number that never came. By the end of the week, still no lens in the mail. More or less screwed my outing. Thanks for nothing. Got back in to town yesterday, and called support. While on hold, I received an e-mail from this company that my refund request has been processed, despite the fact I hadn't asked for a refund yet and was still in RMA status. If they didn't have the lens to begin with, they could have at least of had the courtesy to let me know right away instead of screwing me over. I will not be surprised if the refund has some "restocking fee" subtracted from it. If it does, we will we be going to small claims court.

Product as advertised. Had a bad battery, return has been easy waiting for the new battery

I was looking to purchase a hard-to-get camera and liked the price I got from 4k4less. The item arrived within a few days of ordering (ordered Thursday, arrived Monday) and the camera works as expected. I had called a couple times prior to ordering to ask questions and was happy when the phone was picked up promptly. Best thing was that I was able to get a couple extra accessories with the money I saved :-) Only suggestion I can offer? Better communication. I didn't receive any order or shipment confirmation email from 4k4less. All the information was available once I logged into my account on their web site but email notifications would have earned them a 5-star rating.

I purchased a telephoto lens for my camera at a terrific price and it works great. The lens arrived in just a few days and communication with the company was great. I recommend this company.

Such a great lens for an even greater price with free shipping, I just could not, not get this lens. Easy breazy experience with 4k4less.
