This company is wonderful. I purchased an item and my medicine did not fit correctly. When I contacted them, they were very caring. They are sending me an upgraded item for no extra charge. How great is that?! Do not hesitate to purchase anything from this company. They stand by their products.

Got off to a bit of a rocky start with the wrong electrical plug and a faulty unit, but this was promptly and attentively addressed by the support team and Tony, who sent a new replacement unit that arrived very quickly. The Pro is well thought out for various scenarios and I am looking forward to having piece of mind that my medication will be securely maintained at the right temperature during my upcoming three week trip to Europe, and future travels within Canada. Thank you!

The customer service representative was great, but my order was a pre-order and I never received any updates of the status of that order finally after desperation, I was able to contact Customer Service who is able to then track and then come back and tell me my order was going to be sent. When I looked online, it showed it complete but never delivered so it was a little confusing and I’m not sure that I will order again from this company. And I may return the product after I get it and purchase another company similar product.

The company responded immediately to our concern in a positive way and agreed with us to supply additional batteries to extend the use of the coolers while traveling.
