Have traveled US-EU with two 4AllFamily Explorer thermoses for twice a year for more than 5 years & am now upping to 3 thermoses to extend my time away. My auto-injectors are fat — only 5 will fit the Explorer with no freezer pack; 4 will fit with a “medium” freezer pack — unfortunately, the Explorer ships with the “large” freezer pack, so if your shots are big you may want to get the medium to be away longer. Finally, to travel on multiple flights with long connections consider getting 2 of the 20,000 mAh power bricks for each thermos, and get Apple chargers that accept US, EU and UK slide-on plugs; simpler adapters are wiggly & are easily left behind when your gate is finally (!) on the screen & you rush to avoid the mob. 4AllFamily is easily one of the top three (3) best companies I have EVER dealt with, and I can remember a time when there were no computers LOL.

I think you learn more about a company when things go wrong. I contacted 4allfamily when the product I ordered was delivered and was the wrong colour. My email was responded to within an hour and the correspondent bent over backwards to resolve the issue. Despite the problem the customer service was perfect and left me feeling like a valued customer. Thank you

I ordered the 4AllFamily Medium Nomad Pro Cooler on 22 April and this was delivered from China on 2 May. I particularly wanted the Pro as it had a digital temperature display. Once received I began testing the biogel cooling system. Try as I might, using different methods and times, the cooler always cooled to 32 degrees, not the 36 to 56 I needed for my medication, and stayed there for well over 18 hours. I thought that it could be the temperature sensor so checked it with a small digital thermometer I knew was accurate. I found that the Nomad sensor was showing up to 2 degrees colder than it actually was so obviously a fault there, which is a pity. For my peace of mind I really needed the Nomad to be accurate so decided to return it and asked customer services for a return label. I was contacted by Diana who offered me the Voyager Mini USB Cooler for a cost of postage only which I took up and this I received a few days later. This works perfectly. The Voyager Mini also includes a biogel pack for use when power is not available and I am sure that I will work out how to get this to the correct temperature eventually, albeit using my own tiny thermometer. Communications by email, with several representatives, were informative, prompt and friendly. All in all exceptional service from 4AllFamily. Thank you.

The best customer service from a company I’ve received in a long, long time. I requested to purchase a sleeve for an icepack. A replacement was issued immediately. Blessed to have received support from Arteni the morning of May 4th, 2026. Arteni went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue with my newly purchased Nomad Medium Pro that was holding at 32oF (too cold for my medication range). The same day a Voyager Mini was on its way to me at no cost other than shipping. It arrived on Thursday and I was able to travel at the weekend using the USB and/or power adapter to keep my medication within its required temperature range. Nothing was questioned, nothing was a problem, simply finding an acceptable solution that reassured me. Amazing! I'm beyond grateful.
