I selected the option to “re-order”. Since I was only changing the price of an item on my sticker not they type size location or size of the sticker, I thought I could order and move in to my next task…Well I was sent the wrong items. They looked correct when I received them we drove 2 hours to install them for our customer. 2 weeks later the customer is upset. I was sent paper stickers not the vinyl that I was re-ordering… Since I didn’t double check my order I was stuck paying for it. Sucks, don’t make my mistake. When I called to explain I was given the optio. To re-order at full list price. I had to cancel the order go back and create a new sticker just so I could get the original 30% discount. Not a good experience.

I didn't know what to expect, at all. They were AMAZING. Quality is really very good, colors came out perfect, delivery was fast and customer service was there to assist -like perfect. I will reorder for sure when I'll need more banners. I needed a perfect banner in 3 days, they made it happen. 10 stars.

The tag quality was good, the colors weren't right but I also skipped the proofing so that's on me. Main issue was that I had ordered and paid for premium 3 day shipping and I had to call on that 3rd day because it still wasn't delivered and I didn't see any emails. The man who answered said there was a delay/issue with one of the printing machines but I received NO notification of this, and we needed the tags for an event the next day. He told me that they weren't going to be delivered for another 3 days (6 days since I ordered) and told me that they were never supposed to arrive earlier than that (this was incorrect). We couldn't use the bag tags we needed for our event that weekend. We had another person call us back and rectify the situation with a discount, but it was just money off rather than a refund and we have a ton of tags we don't necessary need now. I would not choose 48 hour again for emergency needs.
