I ordered 100 brochures, and I was short 3. I only have 97 brochures. Trying to figure out how to make up for the shortfall. Very disappointing.

Product was great and so was quality of printing, shipping was awful and if you’re in a rush do not trust these people to deliver on time even if you pay extra for it. Unacceptable performance on shipping/ timelines.

Very fast printing and shipping but proof process needs improvement. Instructions not clear. One invitation has a black marking on it and now I’m wondering if the count is under what I ordered since one is damaged.

I’m pleased for the most part with my notepads but the production time was a little long and delivery was a week later than the first estimated delivery date when I placed the order. The cardboard backing is smaller than the pages and one has come apart due to not enough glue.

Was very satisfied with the postcards. My only complaint is the time it takes to receive the items. I know that you’re not responsible for the shipping but it is a part of the process. The total turnaround time took about a week.

Package was damage and some items were missing. Printing Quality was excellent but slow shipping even after paying for one day delivery

I wish the poster came in a roll tube package. The flat paper package didn’t protect the poster quality. The poster had indentation from shipping handling. So now, the crease dents is set in place unable to flatten out and it’s a table display poster. I was disappointed for the amount of shipping I’d to pay. Overall, It needs to have better quality packaging.
