improper folding of job

The quality of the product was good, but the delivery was horrible. I paid extra for 2-day shipping, and it arrived 4 days later, at the end of the day! The order was placed Sept. 27th and the obituaries were scheduled and confirmed for Oct 1st. The worst part is that if we didn't proactively follow up with the postal service after missing the due date, we would have never known the project would not be delivered on time. And the fact that the obituaries were delivered after the funeral makes them basically worthless. However, they did issue a refund after everything. I'm not saying it's completely the fault of 48HourPrint, but they should reevaluate whoever they use for their delivery services.

The banner showed later than promised. There was one grommet missing and the ones that were installed don't look installed correctly. I have been ordering banners for my business for close to 30 years. I never ordered from this company before. So I thought I would give them a try. Not satisfied with them. Ordered 2 banners, only received one. The one received has quality issues.

48-hour print must just be a clever name because I didn't get my product for over a week. The delay in arrival caused my event not to have the brochures and marketing materials needed. I was under the impression 48hourprint meant expedited in time shipping and processing. Even if it wasn't 2-day shipping 10 day just was so far from what is advertised. Delivery was lackluster

The shipping and turn around was fast. The magnets do not stick on every metal surface. They are thin and a lot of them were scratched

The stickers arrived literally the day after I needed them. I went with this company because the name implies a quick turn around. I ordered them more than a week ahead of when I needed to have them. The issue wasn’t with shipping taking time because I could see that they didn’t leave the warehouse for 5 days… something slowed them down during the print. Super bummed. Stickers are nice but didn’t arrive in time.

The sticker colors were darker and not a vibrant. Mostly frustrated that I paid for 2 day delivery. FEDEX delivered 2 days late and it missed the tradeshow.

The Printing is perfect. It’s the shipping that was terrible. It was delayed for about a week and then when we finally got the package, it was damaged and some of the postcards inside had black marks on them from the box being damaged.
