I received an email today regarding all these reviews. It was a manager. He asked for my number and called me very shortly after. This was around 9pm my time. Meaning it was about 10pm where he was. Thats what you call customer service. He was very concerned that I was not happy and made everything right. Even gave me personal email if I ever had any more questions. I would now totally recommend ordering items from 42nd photo. They highly value their customers and want to make sure you are happy!

Always used B&H for my photography needs, A fellow Photography major recommended them. I Seen them on Amazon and they were the lowest price. Fast shipping for standard shipping. Will definitely consider them for my future purchases.

But the order system by internet is need to be improved. I received an e-mail requesting me to calling for a employee to confirm some informations already been given in the on-line order, and it delayed the delivery about 3 days. However, was a good experience and I am pleased!

OK, I'm one of those shoppers who takes a crazy amount of time to make sure that I'm making the right decision when I'm purchasing anything over $200. Heck, if I'm spending my own money, then I want the best product and price that I can get within the budget! That said, in my search for a replacement camera for the Sony DSC-H50 which fell from the roof of my car, I relentlessly searched for two weeks to find the right camera for my needs. My choice was the Pan DMC-FZ200K. Now, after comparing a multitude of websites (No less than qty 30), and checking with my local stores, it became apparent that 42nd Street Photo was the clear winner. High percentage of favorable reviews, easy-to-navigate website, and nice - low prices won me over. They've been in business for almost as long as I've been alive - over 40 years... they must be doing something right! After making an online order, the process flowed seamlessly. Placed the order on 11/24/13, received a UPS tracking # on 11/25/13 with a est delivery date of 12/4/13. Nice package recvd at my door a day early on 12/3/13. Not bad timing at all when you consider that it was Thanxgiving week in the middle. Nice job 42nd Street Photo! A+++
