Fun father daughter project, we were able to get it all together and calibrated. Manual and parts did not matchup exactly for assembly of linear rails but swapped out M3x12 with M3x10 faster to make it work. Kit had extra parts which came in handy.

Shipment arrived in good time seeing as it came from Hong Kong, have not had any actual interaction with 3dprinterbay as there was no issue with my order.

Excuse after excuse Ordered a printer, waited a few weeks and still had not received shipping notification. When contacted, the rep I had dealt with gave excuse after excuse as to why the item has not shipped. Waiting for a refund at this point.

Dear Michael, We sincerely regret for this inconvenience caused. We are working hard to resolve your shipping issue with Anycubic Manufacturer Rep Jane who have been not responding to our mails. They did ask excuse because of their Chinese new year. However it should not be anymore. I've escalated this incident now with Anycubic management. We will get back to you with the shipping status as soon as we hear back from them.

So far I ordered from them 3 times for 4 printers, whether they were shipped from China or USA both came in 2-3 days efficient shipping and ordering. Customer service seemed a bit clunky, but In the end after one problem they sent me a replacement power supply and resolved the issue.

I ordered my Anycubic 3-D printer on Jan 10 '18. Received my shipping notice Jan 18th, apparently U.S. Customs was their issue. Can't wait to see it running! You can't beat the price (but expect to pay more for shipping) for this printer on the internet.
