I placed an order for Borderlands 3 (WELL after its release last year). It took over 24 hours and two emails to customer support before they finally were able to put my order though. I cannot imagine any other circumstance where this sort of glacially paced transaction speed would be acceptable -- "Paying by credit card? Ok, why don't you have a seat in your car in the parking lot while we prepare your cheeseburger meal. We should bring it out to you sometime in the next 24 - 48 hours." Go some other route, if possible. Don't go through the 2K store.

2k20 suck a** seriously which big man you know goes in the paint get body up by a guard that it's six 2 and when he tried to go for a shot and make him lay it instead of dunkin it on them who does that what basketball player lays it in on a man that is 6"2 an he is 7 ft tall also the shot mechanism is f****** trash how do you miss a wide-open shot on the three-point line wide open and your threes is on 82 really this is the trash is the trashy 2K I ever played

For example, here are some games modes: play online, myteam, mycareer, myleague, WNBA play now, NBA play now, and black top. The setting is the most convincing. There are a lot of different ways to put your settings you can put it on hard or easy. 2K has been out for more than 20 years but still every year they get better and better. So go get your 2K20 today.

I got nba 2k20 on launch day bought 50$ worth of VC and it dissapeared completely. Went through the entire process trying to get it back and have been avoided ever since. Never wasting my money on any 2k games ever again! Love the games but they have definatly lost my business. Terrible customer service and quite frankly a bunch of crooks.

Please go back to baseball for x box one I have love it since the first game came out
