2KReviews of 2kgames.com

2k27 is the best game in years. Perfect balance of shooting and defense

Ps5 decided to rebuild its database and I lost all my progress on both my 99 overall builds on my career on 2k25. Spent over £400 on this game and was stressing that both builds had disappeared. Tried everything in my power to get these back but was unable to. Susan from 2k customer support provided excellent service and responded instantly to my support ticket. Within 2 hours I was back on the game with both builds as if nothing had happened. Very impressed and satisfied as a regular customer of 2k.

Fantastic customer service! I had made a purchase in error. After speaking to the 2K staff they were able to help me and sort my issue with no problems at all!! THIS is customer service!! :-) :-) BIG thanks to Mikkel and Daniel for sorting this out!

Grazie 2K e grazie Marco N. Fabio Ch.!

Bro i put in a request and they fixed my issues within 15 minutes, y’all hate but 2k support go crazy. #2k23❤️ Brad B.

A positive experience for me. The customer service helped me fast and effective. Fast on a sunday within two hours. Effective by giving me an instant solution to my problem. Thanks.

I love 2k and how it has changed. But I have an idea for 2k22. That star sophomore player Rosenberg from the.my career story, y’all should or would be cool if we play along Rosenberg for his junior year and senior year. And as we play we fight for the starting position. And we can make high choices as to focus on improving your skills or have fun and start other connections such as love or friendships or whatever. It’s just a thought I had cuz I was playing it and I seen Rosenberg. But other than that. 2k is my favorite game and I strongly recommend u start playing it. One of the best games I started playing
