Zero maintenance
2K has zero people working on maintaining old games(ones released in 2010), so once they stop working for whatever reason, despite over 10.000 people actively playing their game online, they don't spend any time fixing GAMEBREAKING issues,despite numerous complaints by the entire community. Absolutely worthless organisation, with zero insight into how to please customers. And if you are readin this, you lazy ********, then fix the multiplayer lobby, it's only showing 2 games, and it's ruining the game. Wheever you get around to that, perhaps look into the minor bugs, such as the ones that crash the host every other resync, the random crashes in 80% of the games, the freezes at random, the reload not starting issue, you know, small things, with no real effect on the game... I initially wanted to give you 0 stars, because well, yea, you don't really deserve it, after paying zero attention to your products.
