I had an Incredible overall experience with the product and mostly the customer service. They were really great in accommodating my needs with the customizing the all-leather sofas. They didn’t hesitate to ask for any other changes that I would like to add to the order, and they didn’t disappoint at all. The product is super high quality and much better than any other sofas that I had previously owned. Contacted customer service, they were super-fast to respond and got my shipping and tracking details. They were always on top of things and always made sure my needs were met. The couch is super comfy and super comfortable with awesome top-grain leather quality. Will have other many things to order from them like they have an incredible collection of coffee tables and unique designs. Will be shopping for more from their website.

(20 year old living in Manhattan) I was slightly worried at first when they said curbside dropoff but the guy brought it into my building and my management helped me fortunately! I am sooooo in love with this couch it fits perfectly is so comfortable and amazing couldn’t be any happier. If there was an option I’d show a picture.

The customer service is remarkable! Snow is super responsible and understanding. I felt like I had a personal concierge. They were attentive, understanding and accommodating. I haven't seen and felt the furniture yet as I had them shipped directly to Africa. I am confident I will be happy with the products as well, and have no doubt that Snow and team will make things right if something is wrong. Would recommend 25home to anyone!

Great looking sectional. Shipped perfectly, added legs in short order and it looks amazing!

Customer service is great, easy correspondence via text, phone or email, the sofa we ordered is perfect. We would definitely recommend.

Just following up with another review…I had previously reviewed the terrible couch we purchased and the terrible return policy but was contacted by 25home to move forward with the return which we can not even make happen. They require you to do the entire return yourself (which is not usually the case with furniture companies). They do not help in any way, shape, or form. It’s really difficult to find delivery companies that will pick up, package in the specific way 25home requires and then send back without the cost being at least $300..along with losing the restocking fee of roughly $200. So once again, stuck with the couch. Ugh.

We had a great overall experience! I had ordered the wrong size for our room initially. When I contacted customer service, they were very quick to respond and got the order changed with a refund of the difference immediately. They also scheduled our delivery and everything came right on time. The couch is great too. Well made and comfortable. It is low to the ground so know that in advance. Nice and deep for comfy seating and laying down. Color is pretty close to that picture. Would absolutely look to 25home for future pieces.
